Question about Restricting Send Times in Eloqua STO (Send Time Optimization)

Is there a way to exclude specific hours from Eloqua’s AI Send Time Optimization (STO) feature?
For example, in South Korea, it is legally prohibited to send promotional messages during nighttime or early morning hours.
Since STO automatically determines the best send time, there seems to be a risk of messages being sent during those restricted hours.
I’d like to know if there’s any way to control or limit the sending time window within STO.
