In Redwood we want to Restrict Hiring Manager from viewing job requisition created by other HMs

Summary:

We have a scenario where we want the Hiring Manager to be able to perform all the duties of Recruiter, from creating the job requisition, moving the candidate through CSP, scheduling the interview, collecting the feedback, and moving to offer creation. But the Hiring Manager should be able to see only his and his teams job requisitions.

However, currently the HM is able to see all the other job requisitions created by other HM and other departments
We have created the Data Role and restricted the view to Manager Hierarchy and My Team's only. But still he is able to see all the Job Requisitions created by other HMs and teams
