How do we auto populate requested delivery date in Redwood requisition

Summary:

we have a requirement to auto populate requested delivery date in redwood requisitions & purchase orders based on the item, how we can acheive this. The currecnt requested delivery date for item is by default calculating 5 days from system date. How we can check which setup has triggered this.
