Highlighting a new guide

Summary:

We are deploying a new OGL and would like it to make it noticeable on this page.

As the guide will not autoload, the user must over the mouse sit it displays as you can see on the image below. This is okay to us.

But we would like to replace the question mark icon (that I have surrounded) by a larger image so it stands out for the user.

Could anyone please help on setting this up?
