RSSP-Unable to add a line to a Requisition in Ordered status

in Self Service Procurement

Summary: In RSSP, till 25C, Preparers are not able to edit or add a line to a PR in ordered status. We have this feature available for Requesters from 25D, but for Preparers, this feature is still not available. Is there any plan to provide this feature to the preparers in future releases?
