Unable to search Subscriptins in Redwood UI

We are implementing Subscription Management on Redwood UI.

However, the subscriptions that are being created in classic UI are not available in Redwood UI.

Is there is any process that could be run to sync data from classic UI to Redwood UI?

Any help is appreciated.
