Journey is blank if navigating from my journeys but can see contents in explore

in Journeys

Summary:

We have a journey for managers around changing location of staff, this journey has security on as we only want managers to be able to do it, it therefore has Eligibility Profile on of "is manager=yes". However when as a manager I go to Explore> Find the journey I can see all the tasks:

BUT when I start the journey this happens

I cant access any of the tasks?
