New redwood procurement tiles missing prior functionality
Summary:
These new Redwood tiles are more finicky than our classic tiles. We had an issue where a user was unable to receive off their order in the My Receipts (New) tile. It was giving them an error “We couldn’t create the receipt, Please contact your help desk”. They were able to receive it off fine in the classic receipts tile. After running diagnostics on it to get the full error message, it was erroring on the supplier item number not matching the supplier item number on the PO. There was a space after the item number which wouldn’t allow them
