Planned order qt matches work order req but not considering or deducting on-hand qt in planned order

Planned order qty for the packaging materials matches the work order requirement but is not considering or deducting the on-hand qty in the planned order.

In the attached sample, the work order is 48,598.7288, and to compute the required packaging material to produce this, we multiplied this qty by 1.1667 based on what is defined in the work definition of this item. Looking at the breakdown of the planned orders for the packaging material, it exactly matches the required qty, however, we are expecting that on-hand qty (refer to screenshot of on-hand qty) should be considered and should be deducted from the planned orders.
