While creating the IR on the requisition page only shows the on-hand qty from the source org

While creating the IR on the requisition page, when I click on the source organization and select the organization, it only shows the on-hand quantity, not the available-to-reserve quantity. We would like to know how we can configure this so that it displays the available-to-reserve quantity, enabling us to perform the action more easily.
