Is there a way to have the Career Profile - Work Experience automatically updates with job changes?

I'm looking for a process or methodology for having the HCM System automatically update the Work Experience section when Job Changes occur. We used to do this via integration when running EBS & Taleo & EBS and Cloud Talent, we assumed this would be a standard product feature when we went full HCM Cloud with Global HR/ORC/Talent etc. Is there any functionality/standard processes being used to automate this?
