Shared parental leave - Birth

Hi,

On Redwood Add Absence page, we have Absence type 'Shared Parental leave - Birth' as an option to select for employees (who don't have any direct reports). As per business the requirement is - SharedParental Leave - Birth and Shared Parental Leave - Adoption should only be available for managers or HR to choose. It shouldn't be there for employees..

Can we remove this from the list only for employees alone?
