Hello,

We would like to use the Talent Review for Calibration using the rating that the manager has indicated in the latest performance document but without the rating to be submitted since the manager may need to change it after the Calibration session.
So to summarize is it possible in a Talent review to retrieve a rating from a non-completed performance document?
