We have business case that to make Date of birth as required field for pending workers, so that they must enter DOB before completing the preboarding journey. However, system asking pending worker to enter to DOB if you click edit button and expand the biographical info section only.

Is there any way to always open Biographical info in expanded mode in Personal Detail page in Redwood?
