Redwood: How do you create a misc receipt for a valid item which has an on hand quantity of zero.

Summary: In the new Redwood version for Inventory management, to create a miscellaneous receipt transaction it appears you have to go through the Item quantities page. However, if you need to create a misc receipt on a valid item that has a zero on hand quantity, it does not allow you to do that. Because the item on hand is zero, it does not show on the items list so you can not check it then click on Create Misc Transaction.
