How to get date registered for SI inside fast formula??

Hi,

I have custom fast formula that calculates GOSI.

Now as per new GOSI changes for SA legislation. I need to update validation that those whose 'date registered for SI' in calculation card after 03/07/2024 should get new rates.

EMPLOYEE_GOSI_DETAILS_HRX_SA_GOSI_PREL_DATE_REGISTERED_FOR_SI

Is this DBI is correct. I am getting error.
