Users Licenses

in Fusion Service

Hi Team

We are having about 15k resources that we are migrating from existing RightNow system to fusion system. Most of them will be disabled state.

We are also making the system live for the users respective LOB wise which means that intially limited users will use the system and then we will gradually increase the users.

We want to have the licenses enabled for the users that are marked active in the system and the users which are disabled should not consume any license and if required or needed we can activate the user with their license.

Can anyone help me on this.
