How to modify payment file prefix and suffix

Dear All,

We would like to know if it is possible to change the name and extension of the file downloaded from the payment batch form. Specifically, in the task manage payment process profile, we updated the two fields Outbound Payment File Extension and Outbound Payment File Prefix under the ‘Payment file’ tab, but nothing changed when I run a batch. The file that downloads continues to be an HTML file and the prefix is not visible.
