Inactive assignments appearing in "Run Payroll Costing Results" flow

When we run the "Run Payroll Costing Results" flow, it shows employees' locations from previous inactive assignments. This causes the report totals to be skewed when they are run for a certain location because employees who are currently in a different location continue to show up. This behavior only happens with employees who have multiple assignments (but only active in one), which happens when the employee is terminated, and then rehired in a different location. This does not happen when the employee transfers because the same assignment number is used and only the active assignments' location is shown on the
