Disability status of My Contacts (People to Cover)

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have requirment to send email notification to employees when Employee added Contact Relationship (Me→Benefits→Before you enroll→My Contacts) with Disability status.

I checked PER_DISABILITIES_F record and it stores only employee's disability status and not employee contacts disability status.

Could you please help me the table/record name where the requested information get stored ?
