Issue with Tagging Non-Catalog Courses to Cataloged Offerings

Summary:

We’re currently experiencing an issue in Oracle HCM learning when attempting to tag non-catalog courses to cataloged ones. Our usual process involves creating a course and its offering, then navigating to the staff’s learning assignment to use the “Edit Assignment” function to tag or update the course.

Typically, the associated offering would automatically appear and be available for selection.

However, we’re now encountering a problem where the offering displays as “No Active Offering,” preventing us from tagging it and marking the activity as complete.

This issue did not occur prior to the Redwood update. Previously, we were able to select the specific offering under the course without any difficulty.
