ACE confusions

Hello,

Wondering how others are using ACE.  Most of our job descriptions have minimum and preferred qualifications however, they are tied to the same type of qualification for example Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred.  I tried to set it up the question as Bachelors required and Masters as an asset however, when I selected I had a Masters it showed that I did not met the requirements.  I am confused on how to set up these types of questions to make the best use of ACE.  Any suggestions?
