Payroll administrator is unable to see records updated by Fusion HCM

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

We have an analysis created using subject area Payroll - Personal Payment Details Real Time. I can see all records having been updated by any user but our Payroll Administrators are unable to see any records updated by Fusion HCM. We recently updated several records through Import and Load Data and wanted to use this to audit the transactions.
