Absence hours is not displaying on the timecard

Hello,

We have been having issues with the absence hours not displaying on some employees' timecards. We are using the absence module to log absences. However, the absence hours are displayed in the timecard summary page, but when we open the timecard, there is no line for that particular absence.

Has anyone encountered similar issue?
