Improvement to Auto-Click Detection with the Bot Advanced Detection Service [Arriving Nov-Dec 2025]

Overview 

Eloqua is rolling out a micro service that runs behind the scenes that analyzes click event patterns to identify and filter out likely bot driven auto-clicks. This "Bot Advanced Detection Service" will result in more accurate reporting of email metrics in your campaigns and allows you to focus on genuine engagement regarding your leads. In conjunction with the Eloqua 25D release, we have introduced a time threshold rule to enhance the detection of auto clicks influenced by bots.

How are we enhancing the detection of auto clicks?
