How do I map a single survey job code to multiple Oracle job codes?

Summary:

We receive Market Survey data from several survey vendors and the way in which jobs are mapped varies across the vendors. Our main challenge is with mapping a single survey job code (in most cases it's an aggregate job code) to multiple Oracle job codes, as it is systematically not possible. We receive a system error when attempting to do so. See screenshot. Please advise on the best approach to map a single survey job code to multiple oracle job codes.
