Bulgaria euro adoption in Fusion HCM

Hello,

As you may already know, Bulgaria is going to adopt Euro officially. Regarding this change, the only documentation we find is Croatia and the Euro (Doc ID 2913575.1).

But this document contains 2 pages with general "recommendations" only, mostly about creating new LDG and new LE. It seems that the information is related to the customers that fully use Fusion including Financial and contains half of the details about the impact.

Our customer uses only Fusion HCM without Payroll (Payroll is handled by a 3rd party provider). In this case, isn't kind of extreme to ask such customers to create a new Legal Entity with currency Euro and mass transfer all the employees there?
