Is it possible in RW to create grade ladder for grades withou steps? (not progression grade ladder)

Summary:

Hi ,

We were using classic grade ladder page before: Manage Grade Ladders.

We were able to choose when doing the creation between grade with steps grade without steps. We do not see this feasible in the new redwood page.

Will this be possible? What is the alternative?
