Redwood - Secondary Quantity Does Not Populate Primary Quantity

Summary: When entering the Secondary Quantity, the Primary Quantity field is not auto populated. This does not happen for every inventory Redwood page, but it does specifically for creating a miscellaneous transaction for example. I am expecting to enter, for example, 5 boxes into the Secondary Quantity field. Next, the Primary Quantity field will convert and automatically populate based on the entry within the Secondary Quantity. Currently, there is not conversion taking place, which leaves the Primary Quantity field blank.

I have to enter the exact amount into the Primary Quantity field for the Secondary Quantity field. This includes a decimal place of four digits.
