Need to add subscription number and subscription profile name to the shipment report?

Summary: Need to add subscription number and subscription profile name which are shippable items into the shipment report This shipment report is showing the details of shippable items whereas in the sales order subscriptions details are coming for non-shippable items. When I add this sub-query in the shipmemt report its giving no data but when I run separately its working.Can you please suggest if the expected business requirement is correct?
