Why does the receipt link via the redwood View life cycle page jolt when I try to drill into it

Summary:

I try and press the receipt link via the view life cycle screen in RSSP and the link jolts every time I try press into it. It does this 3-4 times before it actually opens up the receipt information. As shown below:
