Unable to terminate an employee

Summary:

We are unable to terminate an employee,

Once the termination is approved by the manager of employee and HR Technician, we see that employee is still active. This since JUly 1oth

Before the termination was processed, employee had a full time card approved. He had 7,5 hours on each day even the day after his termination date, July 10th and 11th. The time card was corrected by removing the hours on 10th and 11th.

The termination was processed again but with no success, employee remains still active in Oracle. We get the follwoing error when we check the transaction
