Pending Changes rest API in Oracle cloud Fusion.

Do we have a Rest API to get the details of Pending changes on a Item.

In Product Development we have a Tab called "Changes" which shows all pending and released changes of that Item.

Can we get this data through Rest call?

If not what is the solution for this?
