Users are unable to see approval notification in worklist

Summary:

Users are able to submit the entries and approvals are routing correctly to the approvers. But the approvers are not getting any notification in the bell notification or worklist in UAT. They are going into journals page and approving the entries.

This issue happening only after the 25D patch release update in lower environments.

The spreadsheet is in latest version and notifications are enabled.

Let us know anybody seeing the same issue or is this a bug in 25D patch update.
