The GL Journal Action Log displayed a different username than the one who uploaded the journal

Hi,
A user uploaded a GL Journal using a spreadsheet, however when the journal was imported into Oracle the Action Log of the imported journal displayed a different username than the one who uploaded the journal, this has raised concern as the misinformation with incorrect user information could potentially lead to audit-related issues. Could this be related to an existing or previously known Action Log bug observed in earlier releases?
The journal approver rejected the initial submission, and upon re-uploading the journal, the Action Log reflected the correct user details.
Kindly help us understand if this is a bug?
