Oct 14, 2025, 8:05 AM: The previous PO requestor received a PO confirmation receipt email.
Oct 14, 2025, 8:20 AM: The PO requestor was updated to a new requestor.
Nov 4, 2025: The previous requestor still received an (expired) PO receipt confirmation email.

User Expectation:

The previous requestor should not receive any further email notifications related to the PO after the requestor has been updated. Only the new requestor should receive such notifications. However, in this scenario, the previous requestor continued to receive PO-related emails even after the update.
