campaign and candidate pool notification - Open for sourcing

Summary:

We have a requirement to advertise jobs to a specific group of candidates who are pre-qualified and already part of our current candidate pool. These jobs are not posted on the career site. We want to send notifications or invitations to these candidates based on hiring needs, so they can apply to the relevant requisitions.

I have marked the requisition as “Allow candidates to apply when not posted,” and the requisition is currently in “Open for Sourcing” status (open–not posted). However, in this scenario, I am unable to attach the requisition to the Job Notification option in the candidate pool or campaigns.
