issue with href;BINDTRANSACTIONDETAILSLINK in approval template

Summary:

we had to customize the Compensaton Worksheet Approval (CmpwkstApproval.rtf) template to meet our client requirements. Currently, we see under the related links it displays "Workforce Compensation" hyperlink but upon clicking the link, it does not do anything. when we copy the url is incorrect. How to resolve this issue. please advise.
