Transaction ID in Element entry Validation Formula

Summary:

We are using ICP approvals for reimbursement claims for education allowance.

To restrict duplicate applications, we are using element entry validation formula to check whether transaction already exist with same employee.

SO while employee is submitting the reimbursement request for first time, validation happens perfectly.

But , after it goes through all approval and the approval is completed and during element is entered in the system, again the validation formula is triggered and it is picking the same transaction id and throwing error as transaction already exists.

ANy solution for this.
