Unable to search 'Configure Questionnaire Templates' privilege in security console after 25D

Enable Redwood Experience to Manage Questionnaires Templates as per 25D feature we are trying to add '

Configure Questionnaire Template' functional privilege for our custom role but unable to do so.

-Our PODs are in 25D

-LDAP process are completed

-Profile option is enabled 'ORA_HRQ_TEMPLATE_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED'.

Please let me know why are we unable to see the privilege.
