Error "Couldn't change the WhenAndWhy data" in all When and why autocomplete rules

Summary:

Hi,

in all our object validaton Autocomplete rule in "When and Why" business object we are getting the "Couldn't change the WhenAndWhy data" error.

In this case we need to block the action "Proroga distacco sindacale" in change assignment transaction if the selected employee does not have a flexfield "stato secondario" valued as "distacco sindacale"

We have almost 10 autocompletes of this type and they are all triggering the same "Couldn't change the WhenAndWhy data" error.
