What is the mandate for redwood for compensation module
We are currently on 25D and currently there are many Redwood features coming up for Workforce Compensation.
We are having our Annual cycle starting in DEC so we do not want to switch to Redwood pages as of now. As there will be a lot of work of changing user manuals, trainings, re-testing and re-verifying the impact on roles, rules, formulas, worksheets etc.
Question 1: When will compensation module be completely available in Redwood including all Workforce compensation pages ?
Question 2: When exactly it mandatory for customers to migrate to Redwood ?
Question 3: What would be a better approach ? to complete year end Comp cycle and then migrate to redwood? or better migrate to Redwood in 25D itself
