Remove Merge Form Access from Manager Webtop

Hi -

Is there way we can prevent managers from viewing Merge Forms v7.5?

The “More Actions” dropdown list contains the “Fill out Form” option.  Is there a way we can completely remove this option from MWT in v7.5?
