Workflow Rule report for journals showing warning to delete seeded ruleset but no option to delete

Summary:

• Workflow Rule report for journals showing warning/recommendation to delete seeded ruleset which are not used in the rules but there is no option to delete them. Rules are uploaded via workflow spreadsheet and BPM setup task does not have option to view the assignees/ruleset.
How can we delete the ruleset or get rid of this warning message
