Inconsistent ODA responses

Hi All – I’ve been testing the out-of-the-box FA Digital Assistant – Project Management skill and noticed inconsistent responses for the same prompts.

When I ask the bot to show the project status for a specific project number, it usually returns the correct response, but occasionally says it can’t find anything by that name. Similarly, after the bot displays project details with the Financial Status button, clicking it sometimes works correctly, but other times it responds with “I can’t find anything with that name.”

Could you please help me understand why this inconsistent behavior is occurring?
