How do we make layout changes on Mobile UI

Summary:

In the mobile layout, we currently have two standard column sections (left and right). A custom field, Quote ID, is aligned in the left column, while the corresponding right column in the same row is empty. The requirement is to move this custom field to the right column.
We attempted to achieve this by adding a dummy field to the left column so that the Quote ID field could align to the right column. However, hiding the dummy field in the mobile layout is not currently possible.
Is there an alternative solution or any standard functionality available to accomplish this?
