New accounting period open but not showing in any LOV

Summary:

Below we have a new opened period - "the pd 13 is specifically for audit adjustments and we'd always enter them on the last day.   It's separate from Sep-13 because an activity would be after we technically closed the month."  The one day window is intentional.

But we are unable to access it in LOV in Reporting
