How do I retrieve a link from an Application Page created through page integration?

Summary:

We have created a VBCS web page through page integration where we want to capture additional details required for Sales Order. We now need to have a link to the page in order to access it from Sales Order and I'm not sure how to correctly formulate the link.

Web application: ORA_FSCM_UI

Secured resource name: /oracle/apps/extensions/ui/flows/abc_def.xml#abc_def

Application stripe: fscm
