Withholding Invoices Source

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

The invoices that are automatically generated for Withholding Tax are showing the source name in Arabic when the user who performs the payment is working in the Arabic language interface.

How can we prevent this behavior so that the source name is always generated in English, regardless of the user’s language settings? Also, how can we adjust or rename the source name for the automatically generated Withholding Tax invoices?
