After terminating an employee with a future termination date through the Manager login, the Terminate Employment page is not opening.

Getting this Error: “Error response during REST action in Redwood page .”

Can anybody please suggest the solution for this issue?
Are there any specific privileges or options that need to be added for the manager to access the Terminate Employment page after a future-dated termination?
